A huge thank you to Chris who helped us making car buying as seamless as possible, even with me located states away. Without test driving the car I had my full confidence in this team to ensure everything was perfect. I was able to walk in and pick up the car with signing a few papers. Totally worth the 4 hour drive and will be a purchasing my next car here in the future. Thank you to Chris and the team!

To start I really would liked to give this dealer 5 stars since I went to so many different dealerships looking for a wrx. Now onto the harsh truth about dealer. They are honestly exactly like every other dealer just trying to get a quick sale. When I purchased the vehicle it was not detailed or filled with gas. Which at that point was understandable because it was so late at night. Now on the way home my a/c was not working correctly. Spoke to my sales guy told me on the 28th to bring it by Friday they will take a look at the a/c and do the detailing which would be the 31st. Decided to add dye and refrigerant prior to going up there on the 31st. Everyone knows that’s the first step so I figured id help them out find the leak pretty quick and order parts. Which when I went up there on Friday the 31st they could not look at it and service proceeded to tell me I’d be better of looking at it at my shop and that it would be cheaper for me to fix it myself due to they were not going to cover the a/c. So I proceeded to leave service and go back to sales which the car was set up to get detailed. Guess what did not get detailed I was told they were to backed up to reschedule. Now I live an hour and 45 minutes away so basically it was a slap in the face because I wasted an entire day and took the day off to go up to this dealer for them to do nothing. Now at this point the car was only a week old. Finally I got an apt with service to get the car looked at for this Tuesday unfortunately I could not take another day off of work and I already diagnosed the vehicle and put my money out there to diag it. Proceeded to do the repair on the a/c due to me having a 4 year old daughter and it has been hot the past week. I did ask for some sort of reimbursement which I have gotten no response provided pictures of the whole in the condenser also showed what the condenser looked like which you can tell from the rust marks it has been like that since they’ve had it. Now a/c aside my second biggest problem is, I Was told this vehicle was serviced and inspected before I bought it which is 100% not true due to oil being low and completely dirty when I got it home. I proceeded to pay money to get the oil change done and when the oil came out it was black has not been changed in awhile. I also pilled the air filter and cabin both were disgusting. I noticed at the dealer the coolant was low which is whatever I did say that to sales guy when I got home it was never topped off which that’s not a big deal. Sales guy has been taking about reimbursement for the past month now. I have not received anything I would honestly say stay away from this dealer because I don’t feel I got a very good car out of the deal there are more problems with it that I have come across in the past month. Example my coolant line exploded which wasn’t even worth calling the dealer at this point. To get it fixed just did it myself uploaded a picture of it. I truly do not feel they are selling quality cars or maybe its just they are selling cars without actually looking at them. I honestly don’t know either way this turned out to be a bad experience for me and I do not recommend this dealer. Will update if I get any sort of compensation or I feel review may be alittle harsh but I took time to write this and took my time to think about even leaving a review For reference I bought a 2020 Subaru wrx that they said was still under bumper to bumper which was not true at all ***UPDATE*** Never heard back from dealer about any reimbursement or anything about my issue. Haven’t even made my second payment yet and come to find out vehicle is most likely going to need a motor due to it burning coolant . This is a absolute terrible dealer to buy from which I don’t say that often due to the fact I work for a dealer and I understand that there’s issues that arise that can’t be controlled

I recently purchased a brand new vehicle at Maserati of Monmouth in Ocean Township New Jersey and My experience was none other than exceptional. My saleswoman Roxxana was beyond helpful and easy to work with. Nate in finance helped me get to exactly where I needed to be and the manager Ernesto had so much knowledge on anything I could have asked about. I highly highly recommend this dealer if you’re looking for a new OR used vehicle!!!

This organization and finance team has ridiculous rules and policies that I have never experienced or heard of after buying about 30 other cars with zero problems in the past. Just completely unreasonable and hard to deal with. Forced us to drive 5 1/2 hours to make a deal in person rather than complete negotiation over the phone, failed to disclose issues with car up front and threatened to withhold our down payment if we didn't buy the car once we got there. Then they kept us there an additional 5 hours, after previously negotiating over the phone making it a total trip of 16 hours to get a car, in which they wouldn't hand over both keys even after signing the bill of sale. Aside from salesman Levar I would not go back here ever!
